For those of you who don't know, Lobster Thermidor is basically boiled lobster that's been halved, shelled, chopped up and mixed/topped with three different kinds of sauces, put back in the shell and broiled til brown in the oven. Awesome.
This was from week one out of three of French Cuisine study in Classical European class. We all died of a heart attack later on that week.
